We thought that it’s time for an update on image sales. We’d love to be able to say the shop it now open but unfortunately we can’t. There’s two issues stopping the start of sales…
- The shop code is in and does run sales through PayPal’s Express Checkout, but the bad news is that the supporting code surrounding that core is not yet complete. This means we can’t release it into ‘the wild’ at this time.
- The actual method of printing may change as we are considering the use of external print agencies. If we changed over, it would allow us to provide better prints, in more sizes and possibly with additional mounting options. Also, we could bring the full, extra-wide versions of some of the panoramas to the gallery. At the moment, restrictions with our printing technology stop a few images from reaching their full potential.
Once again, we have to ask for your continued patience but be assured that the delays are so that we can provide a high standard of both prints and online shopping.
